La Maison de Titty

We stayed here for two nights, had a great time and felt really welcomed as family. The room clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. Breakfast served at the home of the owners who ask you what you prefer the day before so that they arrange to meet their needs. If you have a small car like us you can park inside the structure without paying surcharges in addition to the room price. Highly recommended accommodation to feel at home and feel good. We will be back soon.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the warmth and kindness that made us immediately feel part of the family that runs this BnB immersed in the silence and quiet of Sorrento. Margherita and Tweety know how to satisfy every need from accommodation to breakfast. Have a chat with Michele to get a taste of authenticity and a historical testimony of the area, on request he will also help you with any transfers to reach the BnB or to leave. Do not hesitate to ask for advice on nearby beaches, restaurants and how to get there. Being a guest of this wonderful structure was for me an unforgettable experience.

The family/ staff do not speak English as noted they do in the posting. The greeting at the locked gate was without words, just a nod of an head and a grumpy disposition. Our place was nice, the garden great but the staff was snoopy as everyday our clothes and shoes were rearranged even if we had neatly put them away. The breakfast was adequate and they accommodated us on our early departure with a bagged sandwich. There are 5 signs in the rooms that indicate very negative policies over and over again. We found an orange in the garden the staff picked in up off the table and threw it away! Very cheap with napkins as they’re folded and reused the napkin after it was covering our breakfast before we arrived. One mug of boiling water at breakfast as i do not drink caffeine. Like I say, cheap and generally unwelcoming.
