Wonderful hotel. Hotel was in a great location, just outside the main town with great views. Easy accessed by local bus costing €2. Rooms were clean and spacious with large balcony and tea making facilities. Good choice of food for breakfast and food availability from the bar at lunchtime. Evening meals in the restaurant at competitive prices. All staff were friendly and helpful, providing a great service. A special shout out to Castro who's local knowledge and recommendations were most helpful. Pool area and sun bed were mostly quiet and a great place to relax.

Fifth visit to the hotel and no complaints!! Stayed in a superior sea view room. Great hotel, super clean, plenty of sun loungers and great service at the pool. Rooms cleaned daily and towels replaced. Special mention to Catelo in the bar who makes the best spritz. Looking forward to coming back next year, a home from home.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. During our stay, we had ants in our room on three separate occasions, including on our bed, which is completely unacceptable. We reported the problem every time, but instead of properly dealing with it, staff simply gave us a can of bug spray and expected us to sort it out ourselves. As paying guests, we should never have been expected to handle a pest problem. My friend and I are both teenagers, and it honestly felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. We asked if we could move to another room, but the manager told us there were no rooms available. While I understand hotels can be fully booked, no guest should be expected to sleep in a room with ants crawling around, especially on the bed. The lack of concern and effort to resolve the issue was very disappointing. A pest problem should be dealt with by the hotel, not the guests. Overall, the customer service was poor, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
