Villaggio Turistico Bleu Village

Terrible. Run as far away as possible from this nightmare: the facility has so many problems that I don't even know where to start. ​First of all, the village is filthy (calling it "dirty" is a compliment). The room and the small terrace were never cleaned, to the point that we had to take care of pulling the weeds ourselves and sweeping the carpet of leaves accumulated on the ground. The beds, the floors, and every corner of the accommodation were infested with ants. As if that weren't enough, there are mice that scurry around undisturbed until they enter the bungalows (while the reception just calls them "harmless little animals"). ​Security is totally nonexistent: the secondary entrance is abandoned and anyone can enter freely. Furthermore, the facility opens its tiny pools to hundreds of paying outsiders per day (a detail carefully omitted online). Those who book hoping to relax find themselves instead in total chaos, submerged by constant shouting. ​The village is not equipped in the slightest to handle emergencies: during a nighttime thunderstorm we were left for two hours in complete darkness and with the accommodation flooded. ​The entire complex is neglected and degraded: swarms of mosquitoes, insects and spiders of every kind, filth everywhere along the terraces and stairways, which were made slippery and dangerous by the accumulation of olives that had fallen from the trees and were never collected. ​Nonexistent service: in 15 days there was never a change of sheets or towels and we were only provided with 3 rolls of toilet paper for the entire stay. ​This choice ruined our vacation, and we were forced to end our stay early. Do not make our same mistake: be wary of positive reviews and listen to the negative ones, because they describe the reality of the facts.

We stayed over the Ferragosto weekend, we were three people, the room was very small, not to mention the bathroom with a pathetic shower, uncomfortable beds, the parking is poorly managed with the possibility that you won't even find a spot. Inadequate and inexperienced staff, it was practically impossible to access the pool.... Bar and services very poor. I will not return for any reason in the world.
