Hotel Cola

We stayed a week at Hotel Cola. Superficial welcome; if you don't ask, nothing is explained to you. One thing is certain, they ask for the full balance of the vacation immediately, which was not anticipated or agreed upon in the quote. Long wait during meals; sometimes they forget about you. Meals poor in ingredients (for example, pasta with shrimp = only pasta and ONE shrimp per plate). We suffered a lot of heat in the dining room due to the lack of air conditioning at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The dining room staff is not very well-trained but still kind. They always try to politely justify the shortcomings (of which they themselves are aware) that are basic. Room cleaning well done, even if at odd hours, sometimes in the late afternoon because the room staff also helps out in the kitchen. Gino beach no. 5 is the BEST with entertainment and always activities. Bellaria center is not very close and there is nothing in that area. Alas, with regret, we will not return.

Paid for car parking in the lot under the hotel and upon arrival they were all occupied, to my complaint.... they gave it to us, money for the whole week to be paid immediately (never happened)......rooms well-kept and excellent cleanliness... food.......disgusting, in all the hotels we have stayed at in Bellaria they never serve fish (only baked fish fillet with tomato on top which is always there).......disgusting.....never again

Staying at Hotel Cola was a wonderful experience that rejuvenated our hearts. If you are looking for true Romagna hospitality combined with a dream location, this is the perfect place. Here are the strengths that made our vacation unforgettable: Unbeatable location: The hotel is located literally beachfront. Stepping out of the property and finding yourself directly on the sand, with no roads to cross, is a priceless convenience, especially for those traveling with family or wanting zero stress. Rooms with a view: Waking up every morning looking at the sea from the balcony is a unique thrill. The rooms are super clean, fresh, and equipped with every comfort. Ten out of ten cuisine: Every meal was a journey into traditional flavors. Well-prepared dishes, excellent raw materials, and a rich breakfast that gives you the right energy for the whole day. Warm hospitality: The real difference is made by the staff. The Cola family and all the staff make you feel part of a big family from the very first moment. Always smiling, kind, and ready to satisfy every little request with rare courtesy. Thanks also to Elena and Greta who are very attentive to details. Approved extra services: The Wi-Fi throughout the property is excellent, and the free bicycle rental service is very convenient, ideal for an evening ride to the nearby center of Bellaria. We will definitely return next year. Heartfelt thanks to the entire Hotel Cola team for making our days of relaxation so special and bright! Highly recommended!
