Milano Resort

We came back here again this year, because in the end the Milano Resort is HOME for us. We feel comfortable: courtesy, cleanliness, comfort, food...everything is excellent. Beachfront location and very convenient for accessing the town center. Compliments to the whole staff!!! I hope to see you next year!

Excellent brunch lunch service.. different varieties for both the biggest foodies and those who want to stay healthy! Water dispenser always available and I assure you that consuming about 10lt of water a day for four people is a great saving! Shuttle service to the parking lot efficient and always operational. Numerous bicycles and well-maintained. Beach practically in the lobby given the proximity and with small children it is perfect! Beach staff just as kind and friendly! A thank you also to Laura from the entertainment team who has enormous patience and entertains the children all day long! Thank you Milano Hotel!

First time at this hotel in July 2026. Junior suite Positano room. We spent 9 beautiful days. Very nice and large room, it didn't have a sea view but on the other hand it had all the comforts available. Clean, with a walk-in closet, nice spacious bathroom with blue LED lights in the shower, large bed with a top-notch mattress. There was also a sofa bed where my daughter slept when she came to visit us. The small entrance lounge for the suites was nice, where you could have breakfast separately from the other hotel facilities, with fewer people and more privacy. The highlight was finding my newspaper ready every morning. I really appreciated it, they seem like trifles but for about twenty euros, they make the customer feel truly pampered..... The restaurant dining room available to all three facilities was not very large, but despite the many people, I never waited more than 2 minutes to find a seat. Truly excellent menu, lots of kitchen staff, good quality of raw materials, meat and fish always present, with cold and hot appetizers all at a monitored buffet. The difference between hotels can be seen in the trays. I noticed that even towards the end of the dining room opening hours, full trays would arrive, whereas in certain hotels towards the end they are always empty. On the evenings we stayed, management organized entertainment, dance performances, a donut night, a pizza night, and a very interesting evening observing the stars on the beach with a powerful telescope and a truly talented astronomer. We certainly weren't bored. If we want to find a flaw, it's the parking lot, which, however, is not managed by them. Served by a shuttle, it is uncovered and has no protection against increasingly frequent hailstorms. To conclude, excellent hotel, with lots of kind staff, excellent cuisine, and some 4-star services. We will definitely be back.
