Riviera

We spent a few days at the Hotel Riviera in Igea Marina and we had a really good time. The location is certainly one of its strong points: the hotel is directly facing the beach and from our suite with a sea view we were able to enjoy a truly priceless view. The room was always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Perhaps, in terms of size, I would define it more as a family room (it had an extra single bed) rather than a true suite, but it was still absolutely comfortable for our stay. We also really appreciated the food, which was good, varied, and above all always appetizing: every day there was something that tempted us to try it. A special thanks to Monica, who is nice and always pleasant, and to the entire staff, whom we found very kind and helpful. The parking is also very convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel: it is a gated parking lot, so it is convenient and secure, and above all shaded, which really makes a difference in the summer. The only small inconvenience was on the last evening: after a day of rain, the temperature had dropped and the air conditioning was not available, as it was explained to us that the system automatically goes into protection mode upon reaching certain temperatures. The problem was not so much the heat, but the humidity remaining in the room, which could not be eliminated by opening the window with the rain outside. A small inconvenience, however, that certainly did not compromise a week spent very pleasantly. And so, to the question “would we return?”, the answer is definitely **yes**. 😊

Excellent hotel. We had already stayed at this property. We returned and found the same standard as the first stay: very helpful staff, clean rooms, and excellent food. The location is perfect, a stone's throw from the beach. Highly recommended.

I spent 3 beautiful days with my wife and my little dog Jimmy at this property, which welcomed us as if we were family; everything was perfect, from the abundant and varied breakfast rich in excellent sweet and savory products, to the exquisite dinners with generous portions and dishes cooked in a sublime way; the cleanliness of both the common areas and the room was perfect, not a single thing out of place; what can I say, the value for money and services provided by the property are excellent. It will be my go-to hotel for other vacations in Romagna, and a heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Monica, a true Romagna native, who with her friendliness made me spend a wonderful vacation, and to all the staff who work with her, who are skilled and very attentive to the needs of the customers, even the rude ones. Greetings and see you soon from Rita, Fabrizio, and Jimmy from Valenza, and thank you for fully satisfying our specific requests.
