Excellent hotel and apartments in our case... perfect area for visiting Bologna... Unique staff and value for money in Bologna; I recommend it and will definitely return...

Quiet and clean room, a quiet place, a pleasant stay.

Stayed here in a decently sized twin room in building across a small courtyard from reception. Small hotel and not very fancy but efficient, clean and with friendly, responsive staff. Easy to get to from train station and a very doable walk to the more picturesque centre. Initially seemed like aircon did not work but staff sorted the issue very quickly and it worked perfectly. Very good shower in sizeable bathroom. Lots of choice for breakfast. Quiet street but thin internal walls between rooms so earplugs might be useful.
