A deeply disappointing stay that was not in line with what was advertised. The property is presented as 4-star, however, the actual experience turned out to be far from those standards. At check-in, a prepayment of $40 was requested via credit card, which was not clearly indicated during the booking process. Only later were we informed that $23 would be withheld for the tourist tax, while the remaining amount would be refunded after several days. I consider this procedure not very transparent and not adequately communicated. The first room assigned had unsatisfactory hygienic conditions, with walls stained by numerous insect remains and visible dirt. It was therefore necessary to immediately request a room change. Unfortunately, the second room was also not adequate: unclean linens, widespread presence of dust, and an insufficient general level of cleanliness, in addition to some amenities not working perfectly. Photographic documentation is available as support. Another significant issue concerns the parking: the available spaces are extremely limited and not even adequate for standard-sized vehicles. The maneuvers are complex even for compact cars and are in fact impractical for SUVs or larger vehicles, making the service not very functional. Overall, the experience differs significantly from what was described in the listing and from the online reviews. The property does not reflect the stated standards and requires a careful review in terms of information transparency and the quality of services offered.

Dramatic experience, we stayed at this hotel where they made us sleep in a walk-in freezer; we reported it multiple times and asked to turn off the air conditioning, and the receptionist made fun of us, saying it was off!!!! We slept in a temperature of 18 degrees, a nightmare night without closing an eye; the children slept in their jackets. Avoid staying at this hotel. Another absurdity: they force you to park in their garage at a price of 20 euros per night; as soon as you get out, there is no one checking the garage, everyone parks however they want, and if you have an SUV, you cannot fit it into the common spaces. A total dump. Avoid it at all costs. Shameful.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Our stay was overall acceptable, but the hotel is overpriced for what it offers. While the room was clean and the staff was friendly, the facilities and overall experience did not justify the price. One of the biggest disappointments was that parking is charged separately. Considering the room rates, complimentary parking would have been appreciated. The hotel has potential, but it needs improvements and better value for money. With some upgrades and more inclusive services, it could provide a much better guest experience.
