Hotel Helvetia Thermal Spa Porretta terme

I stayed at this facility to celebrate my partner's birthday. Very kind staff. I took advantage of the full board; everything was excellent, the only inconvenience for dinner was that there was a bit too much waiting given the level of the facility; it was surely a somewhat unfortunate evening (at least for our table).

We first visited as part of a walking holiday where we had a great first impression of the hotel and of the kind, professional staff . After 3 days on our trip, staying at another location, I twisted my ankle and could no longer walk well. We decided to change our plans and come back to the hotel Helvetia because I knew it would be an ideal environment to perk me up. We were curious about the spa and were very grateful to have it! I'm sure that this, along with the beautiful environment of the hotel, helped my recovery. Whatever the circumstances, it would make for a great stop to relax after several hiking days.

Well-organized hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Good quality of the restaurant and breakfast service.
