Cramped and somewhat dreary room, with poor-quality and evidently worn-out furniture. Toilet seat visibly damaged, with the potential to cause scratches and/or infections. Difficulty using the bidet due to the overly cramped space. Old bathroom mirror and shower. Uncomfortable double bed, with two single mattresses pushed together, but of different heights and sloping toward the center. Empty and somewhat noisy refrigerator. Noise from the street and neighboring rooms as well. Room slippers were missing. The only positive aspect is the central location. Not recommended.

Nice and well-maintained property, with truly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary and, above all, air conditioning, which was very appreciated during the stay. A particularly welcome touch was the possibility of getting coffee for free from the machine in the breakfast area: the service was available to all guests, even those who were not having breakfast. A few meters from the property there is a paid parking lot available, very convenient for those arriving by car. Furthermore, upon our arrival they took our car license plate number to allow us to drive through the ZTL zone without any issues. The location is excellent: in about 10 minutes on foot you can reach Piazza Maggiore, ideal for comfortably visiting the center of Bologna.

Central property, soundproofed, clean and comfortable room. Good quality mattress, pillows, towels and sheets. Toiletries and slippers. I had a good time and therefore I recommend it!
