Wonderful place with an enchanting view. Almost all the staff are well-trained and very kind, especially at the restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Also ideal for children. I didn't give the maximum rating because the first day I had problems with the pool bar staff, a guy and a girl who interrupted me in the middle of my order to serve another person and then there was a lot of confusion about what I wanted to order and they didn't let me charge the bill to the room. The next day I found other people, all very kind and well-trained. On Ferragosto, the paella was delicious, compliments to the chef and the entire organization. I also tried the massages, which I recommend because they are relaxing and the staff is very well-trained.

Beautiful experience under the sign of relaxation, sun and good food. We did everything in the same day, with a package that included swimming pool and lunch at 'aurevo. We also booked a couples massage with access to the Spa. 5 swimming pools all very well maintained, top whirlpool. Even though there were a lot of people there was no noise and noise. Nice environment. Massage very welcome and very relaxing. The staff is very ready to answer our questions with great cordiality. We will definitely return this winter ..

A disappointment, especially because of the way an error was handled. I purchased a birthday gift for my husband online, clearly specifying in the order notes that the email should be sent on August 15, the day of his birthday. Immediately after the purchase, I also wrote to customer service to reiterate the request and ensure that it would be respected. Despite this, the email was sent two days early, completely ruining the surprise of the gift. After contacting customer service, I was told that I should have called and that, consequently, the error was essentially to be attributed to me, even though I had used the e-commerce site correctly, left a precise note, and even written to support. After two days they informed me that they had issued the refund, which I appreciate and acknowledge. But what left me most perplexed was the need to emphasize that the responsibility was mine, instead of just acknowledging an error in the order management and apologizing for ruining a birthday gift. I would have expected a level of attention and, above all, customer care that was decidedly different from a facility that presents itself as a 4-star superior hotel. An e-commerce site should be a service that the customer can use with confidence: if to be sure that a simple instruction included in the order is respected it is also necessary to call, then perhaps it would be the case to review the way in which this service is managed. The refund was issued, but a good customer experience is not measured only by returning the money: it is also measured by the ability to acknowledge an error, take responsibility for it, and treat the customer with empathy. As far as I am concerned, a great disappointment and an experience that I did not expect from a facility of this level.
