High-level hotel, nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms, excellent breakfast, great location near the center and the station. The only downside was the receptionist's rude attitude (May 23 check-in arrival). Following a mishap related to the documents, the receptionist addressed us in a completely inappropriate manner, using words and tones that were decidedly rude and unprofessional. Everything could have been managed in other ways, respecting the customer, a quality that unfortunately was lacking on this occasion.

Excellent location, especially if you want to take the train to visit nearby cities like Modena, Parma, or Verona. Excellent value for money. Spacious rooms, vintage aesthetic but well-maintained. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything functions perfectly. Very friendly staff.

What a beautiful step to close our stay in this beautiful country!. Strategic location because close to the historic center. Very nice hotel with a lot of presence of stylish and warm decoration. Great comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness; excellent bedding. Special mentions for the reception service and the catering service for breakfast (buffet, very varied and tasteful and correct in price) whose staff excelled for their listening, kindness, availability and accompaniment.
