Terrible service, misleading descriptions of the rooms, not to mention that the room, absurdly, after having spent 2 years in prison between Milan, Monza, and Lodi, was much more comfortable and welcoming... a perfect structure for a punitive section for inmates.

Obsolete hotel saves it only the location and the staff who is very kind for the rest is all to redo lightning, shower mixer that came off so impossible to take a shower even if I would not have done the same dirty shower tray, dirty bidet broken wardrobe with 3 little house non-existent, missing a bedside table the belt of the blinds now a dental floss so you can not open pillows and poor mattress the TV only takes Rai .... in short it would take a nice modernized

I booked a room through the official website, and due to a system error my dates were changed! At the same time, on Friday, I immediately contacted the hotel for changes and they invite me to call back on Monday for changes without any problem, offering me a discount in words! On Mondays I don't get any response from my number! Contact from other numbers and tell me to send the email for the discount! I did not receive any discount, but only a scam!!!
