Hotel Caravelle

Hotel in an excellent location on the beach with significant amenities like a pool and garage Clean, very good breakfast aside from the waiters' rush to take the coffee order, sea-view rooms a bit old but large and with a nice livable balcony. Very nice and kind receptionists I do not recommend the internal restaurant, however, which doesn't make the cut both for the food, which is really almost cafeteria-style, and for the super rushed service: the second course was brought after 2 minutes, maybe less, from the first and left there to cool down.

Hotel with great potential, but below expectations for a three-star. The only positive thing is that it has a Excellent location, right in front of the beach. We booked a sea-front room. The only nice thing was the view. Room with a strong smell of mold. Windowless bathroom. Room cleaning done three times in one week. Buffet dinner with endless lines to get food. Poor selection of fruit (peaches were evidently a must..they were never missing). 3 elevators present. One out of service for the whole week. The other one was unsettling to say the least..you could hear a rush of water as soon as it started running and it kept shaking constantly. Negative experience. With 105 euros per day per person you can find better.

We stayed at the Hotel Caravelle in Cattolica and we had a really great time! Cozy, comfortable, and always clean rooms, with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. A special mention definitely goes to the cuisine: a super rich breakfast, both sweet and savory, lunch at the Il Datterino bistro with fresh and tasty dishes, and dinners that were always excellent and abundant, where they offered an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert every evening. The location is fantastic, right in front of the sea, with a very convenient beach and a beautiful pool in the back. A special thanks goes to all the staff, always kind and helpful, and in particular to one of the owners, Eleonora, a very sweet, cheerful, and always smiling person, capable of making guests feel truly at home. ❤️ A pleasant and relaxing stay. A hotel that we absolutely recommend and where we would gladly return!
