I do not recommend it!! It is absolutely not a 4-star hotel!! Small rooms, small bathroom; we chose half board, breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is served in the hotel, which is poor and repetitive, while dinner is at the Kursaal hotel (NOT SPECIFIED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING). The outside area is very nice, but unfortunately, they make you eat in a room that feels like a greenhouse, with 35 degrees and no air conditioning, all buffet style, very, very poor and terrible; the food is awful, and there is no description at the buffet; you take the food by sight, hoping to get a DECENT dish! For me, it is a maximum 2-star hotel!!

We stayed from June 20 to June 23. The first negative note is that it claims to be a 4-star hotel but could easily be a poor 2-star, especially since there isn't even a small balcony to hang the swimsuits. At the time of booking, they did not inform us that they rely on the Kursaal hotel for lunch and dinner, where the food is terrible. This hotel also claims to be 4 stars. They seat you to eat practically outside, making it feel like you are under a greenhouse, extremely hot. They do not serve you at the table; you have to go get your food at the buffet. There are no labels on the buffet tables indicating what the foods are; all the vegetables are unseasoned. I strongly advise against it. I certainly will not go back to the Cristallo hotel, nor will I ever book at the Kursaal hotel. Terrible.

NEVER AGAIN!! It cannot be classified as a 4-star hotel. Dirty, dilapidated, not soundproofed.
