We spent a few days at this property with an excellent beachfront location. Environments with great attention to detail, excellent cleanliness in both common areas and rooms. Pool and gym available to guests, the B&B formula is very convenient with breakfast available until 12:00 PM, in the room directly facing the beach, with a large sweet and savory buffet. Owners and staff are very kind and friendly as is typical of the people from Romagna. We will definitely be back!

Special as every year! Rooms, property, breakfast, staff, owners.... Everything is splendid! Thanks a lot

The property is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with well-kept and pleasant environments. Unfortunately, however, the breakfast is not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel: the pastry selection is rather disappointing and the coffee, honestly, is truly sad. The attitude of the head waiter, who appeared rather detached and unhelpful, also contributes to making the experience less pleasant. A simple greeting seems almost a chore, perhaps reserved more willingly for regular customers. A more cordial and professional welcome would certainly make a difference. Overall, a property with excellent potential, but with some aspects of the service and breakfast that should definitely be improved to truly be up to the four-star standard.
