Hotel Ambra

negative experience excluding the food, which was good and well-prepared. the requested room was not like in the photo, it had a shower with a broken, dirty enclosure and a plastic curtain that was all dirty and worn out. wardrobe half broken, after 2 interventions nothing to be done, towels frayed and worn out and the clean change happened when they remembered, sheets with tears, air conditioning like having a truck turned on day and night deafening noise, foreign staff, nothing against it, but they must learn Italian they did not understand the questions. in the dining room emergency exit security door blocked with buffet tables and coffee machines in front, after Switzerland these things are noticed even more, dirty hallways with stains, I will not go further. I save the Reception staff, kind and helpful.

3-star hotel, but I would give it 2 at most. Room on the 5th floor, too bad the elevator only goes to the 4th, and with suitcases and a small child, it's still an inconvenience. The room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom had faucets that made it very difficult to wash because of how they were installed, and there was also rust along the shower hose. Breakfast below average. The only aspect that works in their favor is the location, which is very close to the sea. An experience not to be repeated.

For heaven's sake!! Do not take a quadruple room if you suffer from claustrophobia. You cannot call a doghouse a room!! Without a balcony and without windows that open. Food below average for the price paid. The only positive thing is the proximity to the beach
