It is a beautiful, clean hotel. There is a pool, delicious breakfast (better to come early for a better selection), as well as friendly and accommodating staff. We had a room for two nights and it was a wonderful experience with a pool and a large pool in the neighboring hotel which can be used since it is the same resort. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. Wonderful experience. Thank you, dear Premier Resorts team.

Room cleanliness very approximate. Room that needs a general renovation starting from the mattress and the bed, very uncomfortable, then from the television, from the very noisy air conditioning and from the shabby furniture. The price paid for a room like that is simply insane. At the reception, the staff is there and not there. You have to call multiple times for any trivial need and you wait a long time to be able to exit the garage with the car. If you are looking for a place that can be associated with the words Luxury and Glamour, in this Hotel you are not in the right place.

If you are looking for a true 5-star hotel, I advise you to look elsewhere. This hotel is far from the standards that one expects from a property of this category. We had booked an Executive room, but upon our arrival, we were assigned a Comfort room. After pointing out the error to the reception, we were shown two rooms: one was clearly a standard, while the other was similar to the one we had actually booked. In the end, we were asked for a supplement of €50 (instead of €70) to have the correct room. I did not accept: after paying about €800 for two nights, I find it unacceptable to have to spend more for an error committed by the hotel. If you are used to 5-star hotels, unfortunately, the difference is perceived in every aspect. The service is lacking and misses the customer attention that one would expect from a property of this level. The only positive note is the breakfast room staff, who proved to be kind, helpful, and welcoming. To make the experience worse, we even received a phone call from the hotel asking us if, by mistake, we had taken another guest's car key. A truly surprising situation, which conveys an impression of poor organization and little attention in managing guests. Finally, if you arrive by car, I recommend parking outside. Every time it was necessary to open the parking gate, one had to wait several minutes, because often there was no one at the reception. Overall, a disappointing experience and definitely not up to the standards of a hotel that presents itself as 5 stars.
