Alexia Palace Hotel Residence

We spent 10 days at this property, where the staff was always extremely friendly and always helpful. The room for us was fine, despite being 2 adults and 3 children and we found it always clean and tidy. I personally found the meals adequate despite the great confusion, but in July I would be surprised if it were not so. In summary the value for money is really adequate. A special greeting to Viola of the reception who enjoyed when we talked about our "fatigues" and to all the very nice and always helpful hotel staff!

I start with the fact that the site promised a mascot puppet and we were not entrusted during the holiday, if you can call it that. annoying and unbearable animators. The beach and the sea are not better, dirty and unacceptable. On the day of arrival the room was dirty, no sheets and towels. We found some dubious insects in the closet. We had to wait the next day to get what was missing, despite the immediate request. Also at the reception we had to wait from 12:00 to 14:00 to eat for the lack of tables. not to forget the poor food and the lack of variety. Finally, do not forget that my son's belongings were thrown away, left near the trash can and could not be returned. Not recommended as a hotel and not even the place around is nice.
