Hotel Esperia

2 families escaped. Arrived on Saturday escaped on Monday only because the support agency nn was open. Owner sbruffone, non-Italian employees but above all not educated in the service, neither on food nor on customers, without a uniform without a proper cleaning (cook and those who served the self-service), dirty cutlery, 3day FOOD the same and that tasted rancid the new one. The rooms.... Helpoooo, dirty, walls with mold, the drying rack nn existed to dry costumes or towels, dust everywhere, the bathroom....? Nightmarish, small with mold, the next day they did not empty the baskets and I went around the bed, under I think it exists!! In short, on Monday the agency changed our hotel, sorry from the stable AT THE REAL HOTEL LIMA. GREAT AND RECOMMEND, COME READ MY REVIEW ON THAT PLACE! HERE AVOID IT. SCANDALOUS!

1-star hotel passed off as a 3-star. Rude staff, except the guy at reception, Simone, nice guy. Dirty rooms, a quadruple 4x4 we did not know how to turn 🤬. We had an all inclusive!!!!!; after stopping x Dinner 10min we got up and requested a refund of meals. Which they fortunately agreed. Greased and dirty dishes, pasta served as in school canteens with a ladle. Poor food, small rooms and dirty rude employees. What more do you want? You don't believe me? Try x believe.😂😂😂😂 ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel in early August until the night of San Lorenzo, I must tell you that I was a bit 'worried by the reviews but then arrived there immediately from the check there was very kind and smiling staff who welcomed us very well and we immediately felt at home especially my tough children, for what we paid met our expectations to be a 3 star hotel I would say that it is more than positivi.Stanza always clean and very organized with everything you need for a holiday, great food and very good continental breakfast. All the staff were professional and kind despite being very young. What about try this small hotel, and be wary of negative reviews.
