I had a great time, they were welcoming. They resolved a booking error of mine in an adequate manner and proposed a solution to me, based on their availability. Since I explained about the adaptation, it went very well for me. Very clean rooms. I recommend it

We found a wonderful welcome, so much availability, and truly top-notch kindness. One aspect that I appreciated very much was also the attention paid to the needs of my dog: we felt welcomed and considered at every moment. Attentive, helpful, and always smiling staff. A very pleasant stay, where we felt truly at ease. Heartfelt thanks to the entire Hotel Jole staff! 🐾❤️ We will definitely be back!

80s-90s style rooms, water in the shower that barely comes out when everyone is probably taking a shower, the food is nothing special, room with ants. We then added 3 days and they found us a spot in another one of their 3 hotels, so you have to repack your bags with a baby under one year old and no possibility of taking a shower before lunch. Room promised quickly and at 12 it was still not ready. Absurd!
