Hotel Sport & Residenza

I spent a week in the Residence section and, all in all, we had a good time. The property is beautiful, with a well-maintained and clean pool, and the owners are truly very courteous and helpful. The weakest point, in my opinion, is the studio apartment: it is rather dated. I noticed that, in general, on the Romagna Riviera many facilities have remained a bit in the 80s, so I didn't expect anything modern, but I certainly expected more attention to cleanliness. In particular, there was grease in the kitchen and the floor didn't seem thoroughly cleaned to me either. Furthermore, the air conditioning was quite noisy and you could really hear the noises from the apartments above and next door, especially when they flushed the toilet. We chose half-board because we thought we would eat well, but unfortunately the kitchen was the part that convinced us the least: honestly, for the quality and preparation of the dishes, it almost felt like eating in a school cafeteria. On this aspect, I really recommend considering a change of chef and investing more in the quality of the kitchen. The pool, on the other hand, is very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. It is almost always in the shade, but obviously this is not a problem attributable to the property. The partner beach is also very beautiful: well-maintained and pleasant, even if it is not right next to the property. Overall, we had a good time and the owners are definitely a strong point. With a little more attention to cleanliness and, above all, a significant improvement in the kitchen, in my opinion, the property could really take a leap in quality.

It had been 5 years since we went on vacation. I looked for a property with a room and kitchenette due to dietary issues. And being a chef, I managed to Make my own meals. Already during the booking process, I requested certain things and I always had the utmost availability from the front desk staff. I was assigned a pool-view room, furnished in a modern style, very spacious and spotlessly clean. where my wife and I escaped from everything and everyone for a few intense days. Sea, rest, and walks. I have always held Gatteo in my heart for the hospitality and friendliness of Romagna, and I must say that in these areas you also find prices that are truly unsustainable in many other locations. I would like to thank the entire staff In particular, Mr. Ricci's daughter Young, talented, and professional Thanks for everything

Stayed first as a couple for 7 days, then extended for another 6 days with our son. Excellent organization, food worth seconds (had several), very young and friendly staff. Location and various services very convenient! Accommodation in the residence block with a super-functional classic room. The manager's children are very sweet and kind! Small note regarding the temperature management of common areas and pool water. Overall very happy and satisfied, so it is a see you later!
