LA CARTIERA VIGNOLA VILLAGE RESORT

I am writing to report what happened during my recent stay at your spa. At the end of the experience, I encountered a very serious problem: my hair took on an obvious green color, presumably due to the pool water, the chlorine, or the presence of metals. This is damage that I had never encountered before and that caused me considerable distress. Furthermore, the person who was with me developed irritation on their leg immediately after using your facilities. What left us most disappointed, however, was the staff's behavior. Instead of showing understanding and trying to understand what happened, the employees reacted with superficiality, almost amused by the situation, even going so far as to insinuate that the problem was due to treatments recently performed on my hair, without taking what we were reporting seriously. We believe that, in the face of incidents of this type, one expects professionalism, attention to the customer, and the willingness to verify any problems related to water quality, rather than immediately shifting the responsibility onto the customer.

About the Spa I can not say anything since I was not there, but to avoid massages. Operators aren't nice at all. They gave me a massage by continuously moving the table, then crawling it to the face of relaxation, but more seriously the LONG NAILS that could be felt during the massage. Terrible.

It is the only business style hotel in Vignola, its advantage is to have a beautiful and spacious spa and a gym. The rooms are démodé, some rooms have sockets that only work if the light is on .. even near the bed. The restaurant has a good menu, but the quality depends on the day, only thawed fish (if you order squid skewers wait 20min minimum) no spaghetti with clams, excellent tagliatelle and stuffed chicken leg. Staff is mostly Romanian friendly local property. They have very convenient free garage with direct access to the property.
