Hotel Alba

Truly enchanting hotel, with a high level of personalization and attention to detail. My wife and I were enchanted by the location. And the added value is Mrs. Tiziana who, right from the start, welcomed us with a beautiful smile. Highly recommended

A fantastic stay: super welcome and comfort! My husband, our 19-year-old daughter, and I stayed for a week at the Hotel Alba in Misano Adriatico, and we could not have asked for better. We had a truly wonderful time! The property is beautiful, with spacious and well-organized rooms (the walk-in closet is very useful!), quiet and equipped with a very comfortable terrace. The location is unbeatable: you just have to cross the street to find yourself directly on the beach. If you prefer relaxing at the hotel instead, the pool area is exceptional, spacious, and served by very comfortable double sunbeds and a shaded area perfect for relaxing to the fullest. The management deserves a special mention: Mrs. Tiziana and her husband Marco are truly delightful people, capable of making you feel at home immediately and pampering guests with great care. All the staff—from the reception girls to the dining room staff, down to the cleaning ladies—are very kind, always available, and never intrusive. The double parking is very convenient, and the option to use the hotel's bicycles was much appreciated: the location is central and allows you to easily reach both Riccione and Cattolica. We will definitely be back very soon! Highly recommended!

Hotel with a very convenient location, actually I would say excellent, excellent and impeccable staff, the problem is everything else. I decided with my partner to try Hotel Alba this year, it has always intrigued me, so the 10th day of our arrival arrives. Pleasant welcome from the receptionist who initially seemed very nice and helpful, I must premise that we arrived at 8 and they gave us the room at about 12, but at the time we tried to ignore this wait.... As soon as we entered the room we were immediately disappointed, a normal and standard room, very small and dirty, even though it had just been cleaned there was already sand on the floor, in the bed, and even in the bathroom. On the first day we already had stained sheets with hairs that were clearly not mine, in the following days the cleaning was terrible, my partner and I would get up at 8:45, at 9 we were already downstairs in the dining room for breakfast, not even half an hour later we would go back up and the room was magically already cleaned and tidied up in not even the time of a breakfast, the balcony was never cleaned except once upon our request, I put some sand on purpose in the corners and it remained there for more than 5 days, this means that they didn't even sweep the floor or if they did, they did it badly, not to mention the meals, at lunch and dinner I have never eaten so many potatoes in my life, at lunch and dinner there were always potatoes as a side dish, baked or fried, in 2 weeks of stay we must have eaten fish maybe 6/7 times, a plate of pasta with 2/3 little fish inside, and in my opinion, even poor in taste, limited portions and if you asked for more you were not given it most of the time, being told that otherwise it wouldn't be enough for everyone, in the evening there was dessert and at lunch fruit, ridiculous portions but in the true sense of the word, not to mention the mosquitoes found dead in the food, hairs of who knows whose in the food, and even once I found a small piece of wire from a scouring pad inside the food, I almost swallowed it. And then this dog, I love animals and I own one but there is a limit to everything, there is this big dog with drool dripping from its mouth that goes back and forth in the hotel lobby, in the pool, and even in the restaurant kitchen; my girlfriend and I were stunned by this vacation. We will never return to this hotel and we strongly advise against it.
