Nightmare rooms. Stayed for 3 days, the first day the shutter got stuck and that's how it stayed for 3 days. Buffet breakfast would be fine if it weren't for the fact that the coffee machine was off or kept jamming. Very dirty. Air conditioning for a fee. Experience not to be repeated.

We stayed at this hotel three years ago and had a good experience: abundant breakfast even if not complete, helpful staff, in particular Mr. Enrico who was very kind. Decent and clean rooms. Comfortable. We decided to repeat the experience, but we bitterly regretted it. Cold and detached staff. They charged our credit card for the entire amount of the stay without authorization, before our arrival. The hair dryer was not present in the rooms, and to dry our hair we had to leave a 20 euro deposit, which would have been returned to us at the end of use, as they only had 3 available for the whole hotel: a nightmare! In three days, no one cleaned the rooms: no cleaning, no toilet paper, no extra soap, no towels or sheets changed! Not even a sweep of the floor! Nothing! Detached and incompetent staff; even when we requested a bottle of water for the night for a price, we were told that the large bottles are for the staff and we could not have one. The only exception was the kindness of the lady at the reception present in the morning. But let's move on to the terrible breakfast: pre-cooked rolls hard as rocks, probably cooked the previous day, yogurt with cereal of the same quality for days, only 4 packaged jams, no brown sugar, fruit juice machine turned off (broken according to them, maintenance worker absent); every useful item like an extra napkin was not present and had to be requested from the only staff member who was trying to satisfy the needs of every guest disappointed and embittered by the scarcity of the breakfast. Simple pre-cooked croissants served cold. Hard-boiled eggs, mostly opened and smashed. Canned fruit instead of fresh fruit. Four disastrous slices of cheese and cooked ham or salami. In short, a terrifying breakfast!!! The whole stay was an immense disappointment, except for the proximity to the sea. Never to be repeated again in life! We will never return.

We were only there for a couple of days, but it was enough to confirm the previous reviews (unfortunately read afterward). Dirty and smelly. Dining area floor with stains, the stairs to go up to the floors full of dust, never cleaned during our stay, likewise the room floors. Stained bedspreads. Rooms cleaned every 3 days (perhaps because ours, during a two-night stay, didn't see anyone) no change of linens. TV placed on top of the wardrobe at over two meters high, air conditioning for 5 euros. Our friends had ceiling plaster falling onto the beds and furniture. Pitiful furniture. Old and dilapidated. A shared fridge in the second-floor hallway full of mold. Empty rooms left open and unmade for days (the room next to us remained with the shutter and door open for an entire day and night, used linens not collected and left on the balcony). The recently renovated room bathroom gave us the illusion of something salvageable...but no. The shower doesn't drain and a puddle forms in the tray, the toilet gets stuck and conversely keeps flushing water...in the newly renovated shower the soap dish is rusty...it would have been better to remove it! Non-existent, tiny balcony, with just enough space for one chair, a rusty railing, and a cable pulled along the corner to provide the only (and I repeat the only!) clothes hanger in the room. Pitiful breakfast, almost only packaged items and of poor quality. Milk that looks like water, instant coffee. Juice machine turned off, turned on by us. Once we were served two juices, the annoyed waiter turned it off saying it didn't work (too bad that for two mornings we turned it on and used it!). Today's gem...trays with broken rusks already spread!!! No care. Rude staff. The only kind person was the young girl at the reception in the afternoon. The only thing that saves it is that it is near the sea, in a quiet area.. Ah ...the parking...paid!
