The hotel is located in a small park and has its own, partially shaded parking spaces at no extra charge the rooms are very nicely furnished, top clean and absolutely functional, the beds are also really good and the air conditioning can be controlled individually and works perfectly (which is essential in the greater Modena area in summer !!) the staff is friendly and helpful, and as is usual with chains, of varying competence ;-) - but the overall impression is definitely very positive! the breakfast is extensive by Italian standards, of good quality and the coffee is very good overall and considering the price-performance ratio, absolutely recommended! I will certainly use it again

We stayed at this beautiful hotel last night, and it was a wonderful experience. We opted for a junior suite, truly beautiful and spacious, with a king-size bed. Everything was perfect, excellent breakfast!

We needed a quiet place for one night in Modena, and we booked here somewhat by chance. The experience was excellent; the room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the tranquility, the excellent cleanliness, the professional staff, and especially the great breakfast, which was abundant and varied. If we needed to sleep in the area again, we would definitely return.
