The hotel is functional and corresponds to the price. The location is very good, and one can be in the city center in a short time. The breakfast buffet was okay, but a bit disorganized, which caused a lot of commotion. The toilet seat was defective, which is an absolute no-go. Otherwise, the rooms were spacious and clean. I would recommend the hotel because of its location and would visit again.

This hotel is located just outside the center of Modena - Piazza Grande is a 15-minute walk away - and is a base for those staying in the city for business or pleasure. The rooms would need a modernized one: the decor is basic, without a real wardrobe, but only shelves where to put clothes and linens and coat hangers for jackets, and the furniture has a vintage look. The double bed for single use where I slept is comfortable, and I slept well, also because the hotel is located in a quiet area. The bathroom, small, but equipped with everything you need, does not have an independent heating, and to get an acceptable temperature you have to turn on the air heating of the room keeping the door open: not really the maximum comfort, especially if the room is shared with other guests. Excellent, varied and plentiful breakfasts, with a wide choice of products, both sweet and savory, cafeteria and fruit. If you arrive by car, you can conveniently park outdoors in a private street right in front of the entrance. Prices are average for a three-star hotel: including the tourist tax of €3, I spent €85 per night. Overall, a passable quality hotel, where to stay without excessive pretensions and without spending too much.
