My One Villa Ducale

Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to expectations. The biggest challenge was that our room lacked functioning air conditioning throughout the stay. The temperature in the room was constantly between 26 and 28 degrees, making it very difficult to sleep and relax. When we addressed the problem, we perceived the head of reception as inappropriate and directly rude. Instead of trying to find a solution or show understanding for the situation, we felt badly treated as guests. Francis tried to be friendly with us, and he's the one that makes us not even more dissatisfied. A hotel in this price range should be able to offer functioning air conditioning, especially in hot periods, and good customer service when problems arise. Both parts were missing during our stay. We travel a lot and have rarely experienced such a disappointing combination of poor room and poor customer care. Based on our experience, we can unfortunately not recommend this hotel.

Great Modern Updates and Wonderful Staff! We had a very good stay at the Four Points Flex by Sheraton Parma. The hotel has been recently renovated, and the updated rooms are lovely. While the outside look upon arrival can be a bit deceiving, the inside has been beautifully refreshed. My only critique is that they need better, more viewable signage from the street, as it can be a little tricky to spot. The service, however, was excellent. Martina at the front desk was incredibly helpful and professional. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a very good variety of options to start the day. With great parking and comfortable, modern rooms, we would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice, big and clean. Breakfast is varied, both sweet and savoury. Unfortunately, the problem arises on arrival in the room: sweltering heat, 29 * at 5 pm. We ask at the reception if you can lower the temperature, they tell us that during the night it will lower, that they can not turn on the air, they bring us a table fan. We sleep with the window wide open, hearing the noises of the garbage trucks (the room was seen dumpsters), at 1.30 am the temperature was 28.4. A blank night. The answer was “I’m sorry”. Disappointing that in a 4-star hotel they did not take action to find a solution, perhaps discounting from the total 2 digestives taken at the bar for them solves the problem.
