Large and cozy rooms, with very kind and helpful staff. The stay was overall very positive. The only reason why we didn’t award 5 stars is because of the breakfast, which unfortunately didn’t meet our expectations: we would have expected at least one coffee or cappuccino prepared, while cold milk (to be heated independently in the kitchen in the room) and coffee capsules were provided. Considering that the breakfast was entirely to be prepared, the experience was similar to that of a supermarket purchase, with no real added value.

We decided to stay in Parma for one night and we opted for this location that seemed to be suitable. Nice apartment with attention to detail with Matilde who welcomed us with a smile and available to provide us with important logistical information (car park, restaurant etc.) in the morning brought us breakfast in the room consisting of a tray each with yogurt, cereal, juice croissants and fruit. Really treated well. Unique new apartment with noisy courtyard view for an air conditioning system that has a bit disturbed us. But I would recommend it to anyone maybe choosing the city view location

Suite apartment located in the center of Parma the great location to visit monuments and convenient for bars, restaurants and shopping. The appointments are large, equipped with kitchenette. Some consideration must be made about the furniture, in our room there were no bedside tables, the electrical outlet only on one side. The lighting is definitely insufficient, impossible to wear makeup in the bathroom.
