If you could put 0 stars, I would...meanwhile we remove breakfast, because there is no breakfast, no light in room 5, no TV and with a 4g bag of bubble bath for 2 people... Proprietary, non-existent to telephone contacts for 2 days, broken shutters and 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 2 nights and 2 days. I paid not to have problems, given that a couple left without paying for the missed services (brave but justified). I travel a lot for work... never found such a situation... Recommendation? Holders of changing jobs, those who would like to book, forget it. Ladri...

This hotel is under the Novotel chain. Check in was at Novotel Parma Centro which is 300m from Parma Station. After getting the keys from there, we walked about 800m to the high-end shopping area Cavour where the Residenze Cavour is located smacked in the midst of the high-end shopping area, above Zara. It comes with a living room with 1 single bed and 1 single sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed, and a huge dining room equipped with full sets of crockeries, cutleries, and kitchen appliances. Very spacious room. We just wanted to stay longer in the room and sacrifice going out for sight seeing!

Location could not be better on one of the pedestrian shopping streets and the room was wonderfully quiet at night. I was there during the heat wave and the AC was a bit challenged but ok. The apartment was basic but comfortable enough for two nights. Check-in at the Novotel was easy.
