SHAMEFULLY INDECENT, FROM DIRT TO MOULD, FROM FLOOD TO FAT, FROM INSECTS TO THE PUTRID SHOWER THAT DOESN'T FLUSH, AND FROM BEING GROSS TO PUT YOUR FEET EVERYWHERE. WE ASKED IF THEY COULD KINDLY CLEAN UP THEY SAID YES, BUT NOBODY ARRIVED. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE HAD TO STAY 3 NIGHTS WE ESCAPED AFTER THE FIRST. WE HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT WE ARE PRECISE... JUDGE FOR YOURSELF FROM THE PHOTOS AND WHETHER YOU CAN ADVISE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The staff was very kind, welcoming and polite. Disorder in the residence due to roadworks, I think. Aesthetically it is not a beautiful structure. However, my Room was clean, warm and quite comfortable. Clean linens. No noise was heard and it has a great location to walk to the center. Of course only if you are a walker (about 40 minutes). Varied breakfast for both milk protein and gluten intolerant. Parking included. Adjacent to the property there is a cinema and a shopping centre. Also, there are two pubs nearby.

The residence is a 3-minute drive from the center, attached to the ring road and unfortunately not marked for lack of signs. We arrived there by accident and in a time of need for health so I was not there to create problems for everything we noticed. The Europa residence is like a beautiful old lady who could use a nice refresh, both outside and inside. But it boasts a very kind girl at the reception who has made herself available to the few requests made, in a pleasant and polite way. For everything else, it is extensively described in previous reviews.
