August 22, 2026 stay, Excellent place near train station and downtown, host very friendly and accommodating, place is clean, good A/C, room is clean, delicious breakfast included, have to catch a cruise, mobility was provided first class Mercedes Benz to the pier for a very reasonable fee, will definitely recommend and return. Host highly communicative via WhatsApp . Property entrance door has a code will be given to you the day before your arrival, enter code and you are in, any questions a ring bell located will talk intercom , super easy.

A gem in the city center: highly recommended! I stayed with a friend and we couldn't have asked for better. The location in the city center is very convenient for walking around. The property is truly beautiful, well-maintained, welcoming, and impeccably clean. The breakfast is good and the hospitality of the owners is excellent! We will definitely return!

We stayed at this property for 2 nights and were very pleased with the room, breakfast and courtesy and helpfulness of Mattia and his family! Strong points in my opinion are the excellent breakfast, the quietness of the room and the strategic location a step from the historic center of Ravenna with the possibility of low-cost public parking (0.35 cents / hour) to leave the car that is really close to the structure! The only things that can be improved in my opinion are the advice to leave the air conditioners on in the common areas to counteract the high heat of the summer months and the mattress of our room too soft for our habits, but overall it is to be recommended without reservation
