Columbia

I arrived in this place and in this "family" Hotel (I use quotation marks because I expected something more "family") maybe with expectations too high or I'm afraid I didn't get enough information before arrival. Let me start on the positive note: - kindness at reception (delightful people and always smiling and helpful) - the indoor play areas (which are not enough to make it a "Family hotel") - the cleaning of the rooms - croissants for breakfast - the swimming pool Negative notes - at 7.15 in the morning noises that wake us up of the cleaners (reported at the reception) and in any case already at 8.30 cleaning cart behind the door (personally puts me a bit of pressure) - before the end of breakfast (10 am) often a coffee machine already switched off for maintenance / cleaning resulting in queue to the other - I asked every morning to wash a bottle after breakfast, they always did, but at my request there was always a "Eh, but not immediately / eh in the kitchen are messed up, eh there will be to wait etc. In short, I always seemed to give a great disturbance to the employees in the breakfast room - air conditioner leaking water - minibar and balcony not present in the room (my mistake not to have asked at the time of booking, so I recommend you avoid the standard room) I had to ask for a space to be able to lay towels and costumes (the receptionist kindly found the solution immediately allowing us to lie in a space near the pool) (other comments that have nothing to do with the hotel) - mosquitoes (cannot go out without autan or eat outside a room) - zero entertainment and entertainment for children on the beach (even in the hotel, but we knew that). If you want a cheap and clean place to sleep it is perfect. Potentially a good hotel, I hope mine are constructive criticisms that can improve the experience of future visitors. I hope that in the future they can put back full board and entertainment for children, it would certainly become more comfortable and welcoming for families.

Really worth it, great kindness and helpfulness! Good! A commendation to Mrs. Maria as always incomparable. A simple but clean environment, impeccable beds and pillows. Convenient for the proximity to the beach and for the centrality

Staff very helpful and nice. Rooms neat and clean with everything you need and need. Strategic position to reach the neighboring beaches. Children's room with lots of games, sunny pool until 13 but mlt quiet and surrounded by maritime pines. Breakfast that meets every kind of request! Paid parking in front of the hotel or free in the neighboring streets. Council for those who stop for travel with the family. Great prices and great quality/price! We will keep in mind for future wend xké we enjoyed mlt well! Thank you for the hospitality!
