This Hotel really had us fascinated! The room was spacious and well equipped, the staff was very nice and gentle, breakfast was great with several variations and the location in the middle is just perfect! We are alraedy for a way to stop by again in the future!

This place is great. Always when in Reggio I stayed here and will do it again. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, in the city center, very Italian, love it.

I have been a guest at this hotel numerous times as I travel for work in the Emilia Romagna region. I always bring my two toy poodle dogs with me as I cannot leave them alone in my city. I have always had a good experience both with the structure in the historic center of Reggio and with the reception staff and in the breakfast room; everyone was kind and professional. However, I think this hotel has a problem with the cleaning staff, who probably do not like animals and find many excuses to complain. The last time, that is yesterday, I received an email stating that they would not accept me as a guest if I brought my dogs with me, as they created discomfort by barking continuously. Certainly, the discomfort was felt by the cleaning ladies who could not chat peacefully in the hallways, especially since from evening to morning I am always in the room with them, and during the day it is hard for me to believe that there are all these guests living in the room. I travel around Italy for work and always bring them with me to every hotel; I have never received such a notification; on the contrary, I have found many hotels that love dogs and treat them with affection. Even in Reggio itself, at the hotel of the notaries that no longer exists, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I thank the management for being so kind as to reserve such an absurd treatment for me.
