Availability from the time of booking in early August. Thank you Upon arrival, the parking lot is large and spacious, free of charge! The room is spacious, with 3 single beds. Cleanliness in both the room and the bathroom. The breakfast is good and abundant, with both sweet and savory options. There is a night porter, so immediate arrival for check-in is not necessary; it can be done at any time. 👏 1.6 km from the highway exit, in a good and private area, 15 minutes from Parma

Convenient accommodation halfway between Parma and Reggio Emilia. Beautiful property with large rooms and a comfortable bathroom. Excellent breakfast service.

Hotel with outdoor parking or even in the garage, abundant and varied breakfast (a greeting to Mr. Michael really nice), triple room very large and spacious. We had a great time. If I just have to give a tip, "upgrade" the hotel a bit, probably for many years no renovations have been carried out and especially the rooms have a non-existent soundproofing, I heard everything the gentlemen of the next room said, while speaking in a normal tone. For the rest we had a good time, for the hotel that is, the area, breakfast and parking we spent even little. We'll be back.
