Vip Hotel Nova

I was passing through and needed accommodation for just one night; my train was arriving at 9:22 PM, so I was worried about not finding any rooms. Instead, I booked and paid through Booking for only $76.00 for a double room, including the city tax. I stayed in room no. 122 on the first floor, a cozy and very clean room. The bathroom was well-stocked with towels for two, shower gel/shampoo, liquid and bar soap, a hairdryer, and a bath mat. Free WiFi, television with 14 Sky channels, including three for adults, a very well-stocked minibar, a small safe available, a desk, and air conditioning. Electronic/digital lock with a key card. The room is non-smoking, and for those who have the habit of smoking, there is a terrace available equipped with seating and ashtrays. Bar service available and 24-hour reception. Breakfast is not included in the booking price, but it is available and can be booked from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Check-in is after 2:30 PM and checkout is no later than 11:00 AM. Mine was an excellent experience and I recommend it.

Dirty room, broken bed with 4 slats on the ground Receptionist unkind and annoyed in serving us Breakfast to forget! The here smelled of iron and the handle was broken Buffet

My stay at this hotel was overall decent, but I was disappointed with the treatment given to guests with animals. I was asked for a surcharge of €70 for 3 nights for my dog, a cost I would have gladly accepted if it had been accompanied by a minimum of additional service. Unfortunately not even a bowl or kennel was provided, which you would expect when paying such a significant extra. I think the hotel should review the organization and quality of services dedicated to animals, because at the moment the value for money is not adequate.
