Mid-level hotel, classic 3-star. The review is for the singular rudeness and lack of flexibility of all the reception staff and the owner. We arrived with an 11-year-old child extra and they wanted to make us pay an 80 euro supplement while leaving us the same room (therefore having to sleep 3 in a double bed)… I asked what costs these 80 euros corresponded to.. I was answered: towels and breakfast! For 80 euros I could have breakfast at Cracco, I would say! After my complaints, the owner granted me a supplement of 45 euros (I point out that the room itself - not particularly nice - already cost 210 euros. Before granting me the “discount” the lady pointed out to me that I could be criminally reported because I had signaled my intention to leave a review for the treatment received. I specify that all my friends on that vacation had issues with the Reception lady / the owner. A super positive mention, however, for the truly excellent breakfast!

Hotel, cleanliness, courtesy, restaurant—all excellent. When I stay at this hotel, it is like being with family. Thank you always for the wonderful vacations you provide for us guests.

Hotel on the sea. Excellent, very varied buffet cuisine: vegetarian, fish, and meat.. Out-of-this-world desserts. Excellent cleanliness Kind and very attentive staff. Everything very well taken care of.
