Hotel Rigobello

In a central area, a stone's throw from the center and the beach. Kindness and courtesy guaranteed. Samuele and his father are two wonderful and helpful people. In my opinion, people always make the difference.

They were kind enough to give us the room in the morning even though our check-in was in the early afternoon. - Classic room of the Romagna Riviera, nothing special, spacious wardrobes and we even had a small balcony. - Not having put the sign asking to clean the room, we entered the room on the second day still with the room in disarray from the previous day. So we put the sign for the third and last day, but more than a cleaning of the room it was just making the bed (without changing the sheets, so they were full of sand) and emptying the trash can. Furthermore, after entering the room there was a strong smell of sweat (we think).. it was not very appreciated… I had to spray some perfume. Mix-ups with towels... - Kind waiter, but perhaps I would have preferred him to be a bit more attentive (we informed him that we would not be there one evening for dinner, and we were told by the owner that we had not filled out the form, so we specified that we had notified him, and he was unaware of anything). - Average food for a 3-star hotel: 2 options for the first and second courses and a buffet of various appetizers, including desserts but no drinks (not even water). - We found parking 1 km away on foot at an elementary school (therefore free), but in reality, we did not ask if there was anything closer. - Overall, a fair price-quality ratio.

Family hotel with small free parking. Very nice and helpful staff. When I go I feel at home.
