Residence Il Tulipano

I gave 1 star because you cannot give 0. We stayed for 1 week in this residence: rooms with a bad odor, broken bed in the kitchen, dust on the nightstands.... Not to mention the rudeness of the staff (particularly a specific foreign employee) who accused us of non-existent things, all to keep the initial deposit of €50, climbing on mirrors, speaking rudely, and saying a bunch of untrue things. We will never return.

We are a couple with a four year old son. We were pleasantly surprised by our apartment which was very clean and had full AC on when we arrived (on a hot day). There were two tvs one in each area and had Sky News, Fox News, CNN etc.. as well as Italian channels. We also had wifi. There are button operated shutters on the windows which act as perfect black outs at night. We were here in Sept so a little end of season ..it was quiet there was some noise at night on the street and some early noise such as bin men but really nothing to complain about or interrupt sleep. Plenty of towels provided, we stayed 8 days and had only one clean middle of our stay, so perhaps another would have been appreciated but it was not a big deal, there are cleaning utensils there to sweep and tidy up. Great location (although I'd recommend taking a bus from the train station as its a bit of a walk otherwise as we discovered). Everything is right there, restaurants, shops, beach very close, all within walking distance. They also have a lift which was helpful as we had a buggy. Was not informed of any swimming pool facilities that would have been nice to know! Also you must pay bill in full on arrival. Would recommend these apartments.

We had an amazing Stay. Just as Nice as Mareo. We were 4 adults And it was Very okay to be in an Apartment together. The beds in The livingroom Are comfortable enough to sleep on And everything was Very clean. Cleaninglady comes like 3-4 times a week And The Apartment is easy to keep clean yourself too. Good working airconditioning And cute little balcony. Staff Very helpfull And friendly. Our favorite lady was Elena, our own Camaron Diaz :-). A tip is to park your car where The trainrailes are, (2 min walk) its free And as we found safe.
