This hotel only and exclusively because there was the cosplay event in Rimini "Rimini comics". The 'Hotel is classified as a 3 star hotel even if it is not at all for the price we paid is very high having nothing included neither breakfast, lunch and dinner is especially apart the price we paid we were also asked the price of stay of 35 euros is a theft I would say, there is nothing good or conventional offered by the hotel is more is far from the station to get to the hotel without a shuttle and without buses with suitcases and a tired child and walking to get to the hotel took 21 minutes I find it unacceptable all this. Then you finally arrive at the hotel what you find closed and with a ticket attached to the door with two numbers to call to make you open because at the reception there was no one to welcome you you see the interest in welcoming customers who choose the hotel and also pay you in advance gross. So when we arrived tired from the two-hour train ride and 21 minutes walk we called to let us come and open and the owner slowly to answer her cell phone and come to open you see the desire she had to work. Anyway once he let us in he started nagging like a thousand questions I can understand he wanted our papers to register but then enough with a thousand questions that the hell you don't even know us is already you start nagging customers who are tired from long two-hour train ride who just want to go to their own room that they paid relax and you who make a pain in the ass. Especially that you ask things that do not concern you at all clear you even began to make the dead cat to hit on my husband and accommodating my 1 1⁄2 year old son with candy of the cabbage and then it was not enough you allowed yourself to call my husband on the cell phone with the excuse of my son's ID but get it over with ok you could ask while we were still down rather than make you our cabbages ok. Second thing the room was spacious but that wasn't all I expected much better for the amount we paid the bed was hard not at all big it's comfortable and the cot was dirty and the blanket was pink my son is male not female ok. The room was not bright at all and was not at all suitable for us cosplay sorry but we cosplay are used to better things than this poor hotel. The disappointing mini bar had only two bottles of conad brand water and then just the first day then enough. The breakfast badget outside the hotel was only 6 euros each just for me and my husband my son did not even calculate it gross so the total breakfast only 12 euros to a bar chosen by them where you are forced to spend only there and nowhere else. With a badget of 12 euros and the prices they have in that bakery, can you explain what the hell you get? Especially if you pass the badget you have to pay the rest that sucks. Thirdly, the cleaning lady who is honestly anticipated and a friggin' meddling in things that don't concern her should just do her job, every time we went outside and left the air conditioner and fan on because in the room it's hot we couldn't open the windows the mosquitoes came in so much that I didn't even have the mosquito nets. We returned to the hotel after a breakfast, a walk or from the cosplay fair we always find it off , I would like to tell the cleaning lady that we were not there for free clear we paid is also a lot for a hotel that has nothing included ok so you had no right to do as you want in the room of a clear customer. Fourth thing every time you went out there was never anyone at the reception, hotels and customers left to fend for themselves. My family and I have decided not to come to a poor hotel and with unqualified staff you are not a hotel that I can recommend there are better hotels in Rimini than yours. Goodbye

In Rimini to attend the congress on emergency ceu 2025, we stayed at this hotel and our stay was simply fabulous, very large room, top cleaning, comfortable bed, 2 TV in stanza..staff helpful and very nice... really a fabulous stay

We return to this hotel every summer at the end of August because it is unique for its kindness, location, attention and atmosphere. I hope to find a place next year too. It is in a central and quiet area of Rimini and I hope you can stay there.
