Worst experience of my life. Incompetent staff. We arrived in the evening at the property and have a room on the top floor not accessible by elevator but via a very narrow spiral staircase. The "sight" sucked. When we arrived at the room, the handle was not working, I had to go down to notify the problem. Entering the room I am horrified about the condition of the same; flying animals, dirty stove with breadcrumbs and who knows what else, dim and bleak lights. Subsequently we wanted to get in the shower but the water came out only and exclusively boiling, I go down a second time to notify the problem and I am told that nothing can be done at this time because it is a problem of the water heater (which other customers had already had and reported, according to the receptionist). Let's go to bed dirty. The next day, after a fight and threats of refund, we were transferred to another property called Hotel Britannia. PS On Booking, among the customers' questions, it says that the cost of parking per night is 10€. Of course it is not, it is 15€ per night.

I would sincerely recommended this hotel. Extremely friendly staff, location fantastic, clean and neat, WiFi ok. Our only complaint is that we had noisy teenage neighbours next door, but on the bottom of line, this hotel is for every recommendation.
