Hotel Milton Rimini

Lovely traditional, unique Italian hotel in a central location. Yes a little tired in areas, which adds to the charm. Family room very spacious and large bathroom but small shower cubicle. Seaview was fabulous. Breakfast was lovely on the terrace, however service a little lacking. Plenty of choice for a typical Italian breakfast, however the orange juice was awful, like orange flavoured water, very disappointing. The pool area is small, handy for a quick dip that’s all. No refreshments available until late afternoon, not ideal. From our room it was very noisy at night due to the central location, until 3/4 AM, light sleepers beware. Nice place, has its downfalls unfortunately.

There are places you always return to with pleasure… ❤️ We returned to the Hotel Milton in Rimini, where we had already stayed when our children were small. Today they are grown up, but finding ourselves here all together was really nice. 🥰 Heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for the welcome, the kindness, and the attention you showed us. As always, we had a great time! When you choose to return to the same place after many years… it is already the best review. ❤️

I would not describe this hotel as value for money. The entire hotel is old and dated and in need of TLC. The pool is tiny with too few loungers, the open drains around the pool attract mosquitoes. The building site next to the pool constantly stirs up dust. You have to pay extra for beach towels and if you want fresh ones you’ll have to pay again and again. The balconies are tiny, can only accommodate 1 chair. The shower cubicles are tiny, you can barely turn around in them and if you drop something you have to open the doors in order to bend down. There is no disabled access, you have to go up a flight of steps to gain access to reception. The lifts are too small to accommodate a wheelchair. Although location was good, there is a bar/club close by which plays loud, pumping music until 4am weekdays and 7am on Saturdays and despite having the doors closed and the shutters down we could still hear the music all night long. Sadly our stay at Hotel Milford Rimini was not the relaxing break we had hoped for.
