Hotel Nautilus

The stay at this property was pleasantly surprising.. From the courtesy of the staff to the friendliness of the entertainment team, everything made the vacation wonderful. The food was very satisfying from breakfast to dinner, with nice afternoon snacks by the pool. City bikes are available for adults and children to go out into the center. An excellent solution for the entertainment of the little ones, who have various activities and entertainment throughout the day with some very sweet girls. In short, it is to be recommended, and we will probably return!! Thank you because this week "the smile never faded"!!

Special attention to children and the disabled... top-notch staff: from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurant... a round of applause to everyone, but in particular to the guys in the restaurant dining room: Marco, Gloria and company are always very kind and ready to welcome customers with a smile. Compliments to everyone!!!!

We returned for the second year and confirm that the property is beautiful, clean, well-connected to the center, and with cuisine that is always of a good standard. The staff is kind, but we noticed management that was not always consistent: some information (such as wristbands and the voucher for towel exchange) was provided to us only after we requested it, and the procedures for bike rentals also seemed inconsistent. A small suggestion: being a family hotel (and a 4-star one), it would be useful to have a well-stocked first aid kit and ice always available. Our one-and-a-half-year-old son fell while running, and since we didn't have anything with us, we asked for ice at the reception. It was retrieved from the bar and delivered in an improvised bag. Nothing serious, but a little extra care would certainly be appreciated by families. Overall, the experience was positive and the property is worth it, but there are some aspects of the hospitality that could be improved.
