Excellent property, professional staff, spotless rooms, excellently air-conditioned and with superior level comforts. Shining bathrooms, excellent breakfast. A very small note: I would have preferred to find the typical hotel slippers in the room.

Everything perfect, the location near the sea and the evening vitality of Rimini. The on-site parking. The tranquility of the hotel and the rooms. Top-notch hospitality, present and ready to fulfill every need. Super breakfast. Flexibility in hours. Services on request for all needs: spa, pool, agreements with various beach clubs, etc. A place where you can feel even better than at home.

During our 3-night stay, we left our car in the hotel's paid parking lot. We were informed on the second day, with a vague message, that our car had been damaged by another guest due to incorrect maneuvering. They replied that they cannot look after parked cars and that at most they would arrange for the person who caused the damage to contact us. They then suggested, during a three-day vacation, that we go to the police station to file a report in order to obtain the camera footage that they cannot give us. I pointed out that a paid and delimited parking lot entails responsibility on the part of the facility. To date, no one has contacted me again. Obviously we will proceed legally; as of today, we are waiting for the damage assessment. As for the stay at the facility, it is okay, nothing special.
