Hotel Villa dei Fiori

We arrived on Sunday; the room had a bit of dust under the bed (but let's let that slide). It's a shame about the hot water, which at 11:40 and 18:40 was coming out in drips… I hope this problem is resolved soon. Regarding the restaurant service, I must pay a compliment to our waiter Vincenzo, who never let us go without anything; in fact, he bent over backwards to make us happy and satisfy our needs. Very friendly and professional, a person who even outside of work has a sweet heart. Momo was also great, a young guy with a desire to work, he did his best… thanks to Vincenzo and to Momo… Silvia did everything to throw a party for the child by suggesting cakes and was helpful. Thank you very much. We tried a few times to swim in the pool, but it was too cold… We must also thank the doorman Giancarlo; his chats in the evening before going to sleep were a pleasure for us. He is a very good person. In my opinion, it needs a bit of renovation because the property is a little old… We did not have a very good experience… However, I must say that thanks to the staff, they made us spend the week with a smile.

It is the 4th time we have gone to Hotel Villa dei Fiori and we had a great time, a clean and welcoming hotel and the owner Silvia is always smiling and helpful, the waiters are also very kind and smiling, we had a great time and we will definitely return for our next vacations, plus breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always abundant.

I travelled with my daughter as a chance to spend some much needed quality time together, doing as little as possible after a stressful few years. This hotel delivered in bucket fulls. The staff were helpful and very friendly, the hotel was really close to the beach with reserved loungers and parasol, although l loved just staying by the pool under the shade of the old pine trees. The food was fantastic and very authentic, with a good choice and special requests were dealt with promptly. Vincenzo looked after us really well, reseving our table and remembering the right wines. Thankyou, we had a fabulous time.
