For the same number of stars, 3 as declared, the hotel is not worth it at all, and the photos circulating in the presentation with roses and heart-shaped cushions do not correspond to reality... We were misled by this presentation. The reception was left empty due to a shift change that did not arrive on time, the phone was hung up in the face of a complaining customer, the fourth pull-out bed was closed and full of sand on the internal sheets, towel sets for the third and fourth beds were missing; the bathroom had a broken towel rack and a wobbly faucet, everything was chipped or stained with rust, the shower was tiny; breakfast was very modest, the staff was not adequate for customer care, and the clientele was chaotic, not encouraged to use and behave correctly in the place. Not suitable for quiet families.
