Seaside hotel, unfortunately a bit dated and in need of renovation and modernization. Cleaning was just okay. Breakfast at the nearby Remin hotel, same management, excellent. Overall, for a vacation of a few days, without too many pretensions, it is acceptable.

I stayed only one night in this establishment. I was in Rimini for a concert. Excellent location of the hotel, overlooking the sea on one side and a main street full of kiosks and shops on the other. Our room was clean and well-located. We were on the side and had a partial view of the sea. The establishment is a bit dated, but very welcoming, clean, and tidy, and the staff is helpful and truly very kind. For €5 per person, you can have a great breakfast at the adjacent hotel. I highly recommend it.

Poor rating only because the breakfast, served in the hotel next door, was good, well assorted and with the super nice and helpful waitstaff. The hotel sucks, a dive as they say in my part of Tuscany, old and dirty and the booking photos were misleading. I begged my 2 and 4 year old girls to only walk around with slippers or socks in their room. The first night I had my pillowcase changed which was dirty, but everything else was pitiful. From the bathroom, old and badly maintained, to the room with wallpaper to change and everything to redo. The first morning I immediately pointed out that there was dust because I myself am allergic and at night in fact I could not breathe well, as well as my daughters started coughing; the receptionist told me that she would have the cleaning lady go immediately and that she went up to check herself (even the roller shutter that through our fault the first night we did not understand how to lower). Meanwhile we went for breakfast, time half an hour and on return the room was already in order, towels changed but no trace of cleaning. Here are the photos of the dirt of this place. Never again and I certainly say stay away from it!
