Definitely needs a renovation of the exterior look. Dated rooms and structure - some restyling is necessary. The services are all functioning and both at the reception and in the breakfast room the staff are professional and ready to provide excellent advice. The proximity to the station and the historic center of Rimini is priceless. They also have some car parking.
