A stone's throw from the Riolo thermal park, the hotel property of Mr. Giuseppe and his family has amply satisfied all the requirements of a 4-star hotel. The family atmosphere, the kindness, and the helpfulness of the owners contributed to making the stay pleasant and comfortable. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the rooms and the abundant and tasty dishes are aspects to highlight. I highly recommend the property for those who want to spend a period of relaxation and well-being between the local thermal baths and the surrounding areas to visit, in a family context that puts everyone at ease.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks in June for spa treatments. I felt right at home immediately! A simple, essential property without useless luxuries, but it absolutely has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere is incredibly familiar and welcoming, and the location is very convenient: it is located literally a stone's throw from the thermal baths. My room was spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and functional, complete with air conditioning (essential!). Excellent food with the possibility of choosing every day between two first courses and two second courses and a buffet rich in many types of vegetables. A huge round of applause for their maximum availability in preparing alternative dishes for those with food intolerances. The real strong point: the staff! The staff is exquisite: courteous, kind, and always available for any need. A special thanks goes to Mr. Raffaele and Mr. Giuseppe: two golden people, very nice and always ready to welcome every request with a smile, a joke, and sincere kindness. I will definitely return! Recommended for those looking for good food and human warmth!

I went to Riolo for a thermal treatment for fibromyalgia, and this hotel was suggested to me. I am pleasantly surprised because I found kindness, cleanliness, and courtesy. These things are very impactful. The food is abundant and excellent. The clean, spacious, and air-conditioned rooms are worthy of 5 stars. I will return there.
