As soon as we arrived, they welcomed us kindly, registered us, and handed us the keys. Arriving at the floor, I noticed the carpet was quite dirty, but I did not want to dwell on it. I entered the room (a triple with a small balcony); the impact was disappointing: missing electrical outlet covers and exposed wires, very old mattresses without a protective cover. The bathroom was even worse: a yellow streak in the toilet and a detached shower tray. I pointed out my discomfort to the staff and described all the negative aspects, inviting them to take a look. They justified themselves by saying that repairs to the air conditioning were underway, which had nothing to do with everything I had complained about. Photos completely different from reality. While my family and I were trying to manage to recover the amount from the platform, which made itself available for a refund on the condition that the property responded to the email, which did not happen as the lady at the reception never replied despite 3 emails sent. I lost money and we were also asked to leave the room after not even three hours from our arrival. When you cannot manage a problem of this kind, you should not do this job! Terrible hotel and terrible staff!

The experience at this hotel was extremely negative. The staff was rude, intolerant and rude towards guests, particularly during the treatment of a schoolgirl, demonstrating a total lack of professionalism. The food served in the room was decidedly bad, with quality and preparation below all expectations. Highly discouraged to anyone looking for a pleasant and respectful stay.

Easter break in this hotel with friends. I can only save the availability and friendliness of the owners and staff all and partly also the catering and cleaning. But the rooms and not only, even according to friends, were a disappointment. The official excuse "we're under renovation" but I think for months or maybe years. I'm sorry, but I can't tolerate a hotel with an interior like this.
